We are very pleased to announce Ron Athey and Anne Bean as new Patrons of the Live Art Development Agency.
Ron and Anne have each produced hugely significant bodies of work across recent decades and have long and important relationships with LADA.
Ron is an iconic figure in contemporary art and performance, and LADA recently published the monograph Pleading in the Blood: the Art and Performances of Ron Athey, which provides an overview of his work.
Anne was the recipient of LADA and Tate Research’s Legacy: Thinker in Residence Award and created the film project TAPS: Improvisations with Paul Burwell.
We are very excited to welcome them as our new Patrons and look forward to long and fruitful relationships.
