LADA Festive Fair 2019

Following LADA’s first ever Festive Fair in 2018, we are delighted to announce the artists and activists who will be the stallholders for 2019’s Fair selling tasty treats, zines, artworks, ceramics, artworks, merch, books, textiles, soaps, editions, DVDs, handbags, drawings, calendars, badges, stickers, vegan cakes, edible insects, candles, and accessories.

Please join us as we host 25 exciting stalls run by local artists, activists and social action groups selling a huge variety of things and promoting a range of campaigns around social and environmental justice.

Magical Women ADHD artists – zines, comics and artworks

LEZ GO SWIMMING – The Lez Bag and Lets Go Swimming press, selling books, artworks and gender neutral handbags

Grrrl zine fair – DIY feminist publications, merchandise and artworks

Earthlings – Artists Hari Byles and Katherine McMahon

Phytology – Artists’ street posters and GOOD, a plant-based body and face balm.

Shy Radicals – Artist activist project selling zines, badges, stickers and prints commanded by artist Hamja Ahsan

Goslowcomics  – Light hearted, comical zines to promote social action

The Right Lube  – Artist platform from Hava Carvajal and Maz Murray

Simple Gifts – Social action and campaigning community group

Power Play Theatre – Artist collective selling social action “Calling Cards”

Unbound – Live art publications, DVDs, artworks and editions

All proceeds from the Festive Fair are retained by stall holders and reinvested into their work.
