Performers is an archive of portraits collating performance artists active worldwide. During the last three years Johnny Amore visited as many festivals and performance art venues as he could and endeavoured to depict their participants. His aim is not the documentation of action but to capture the personalities behind the work, taking the photo right after a performance with the purpose of retaining the energy that a live presentation imbues in the artist.
